Carlton L. Burford was born in He attended college at General Motors Institute of Technology and graduated in July 1978 with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. In November 1978, Pastor Burford was called by God into the gospel ministry and attended As a pastor, he has developed and conducted various seminars in the following areas: · A verse-by-verse study of the Book of Revelation · “The Difference Between Men and Women, Appreciating the Differences” In this seminar the differences were examined from a theological, physical, neurological, physiological, social and ecclesiological perspective. · Marriage Seminars · Church Leadership · An In-depth Analysis of the Black Presence in the Bible · The Bible –vs- Science
Additionally, he has written and published a book entitled, “He Died On Wednesday” which provides a Biblical, systematic and analytical approach to the day that Jesus died for the sins of the world.
Pastor Burford believes that the Bible is the Word of God and is fully inspired and without error in the original manuscripts. He believes that there is one living and true God, eternally existing in three persons (The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit) and that Jesus Christ is God's only begotten Son who was conceived by the Holy Spirit thru a virgin birth. |
